Your building will be inspected every year as part of your annual contract.  

We’ll make the regular repairs to keep it in top condition.  And we’ll report on the state of your building and recommend additional work if it is required.

The interior and exterior of your property will be thoroughly inspected by our team of building professionals.

The interior inspection includes checks of:

  • the walls and the paintwork
  • the floor coverings
  • the boiler
  • the heating system
  • the electrical system
  • the plumbing.


The exterior inspection* includes checks of:

  • the masonry, brickwork & pointing
  • the woodwork and windows
  • the roofs
  • the paintwork and weather protection.

You will receive a full report on the state of your building and recommendations for any repairs that it requires.

All the work that we do on your building will be covered by a Decorum Guarantee

* Please note - exterior inspections are subject to access availability.

Our Decorum Guarantee

We guarantee all our work for 12 months.   If you find any defect, we will fix it without charge.

If you sell your house within a year of the project, our guarantee will pass to the new owner.
