Our project manager will make sure that your project runs smoothly and on budget. He will co-ordinate the work of the builders and craftsmen. And he will keep you fully informed about the progress of the work.
We will prepare & finish each job properly and solve any underlying problems. This means that our work will last a long-time.
You will be covered by our public and employer’s liability insurance during the work. For projects worth more than £250,000, we will take out additional insurance that is tailored to the specific conditions.
At the end of the job, your house will be tidied and cleaned. Our builders and decorators are always considerate and polite.

Our Decorum Guarantee
We guarantee all our work for 12 months. If you find any defect, we will fix it without charge.
If you sell your house within a year of the project, our guarantee will pass to the new owner.
Consumer Protection Guarantee - Your Extra Security
You are also protected by the Consumer Protection Guarantee scheme (CPG) run by Tradesmen Connect in conjunction with Goldcrest Chartered Surveyors, regulated by RICS.
Your money will be held by the scheme during the project. The CPG administrators will only pass your payment to us when you have confirmed that you are satisfied with our work.

We have a one hour minimum charge but thereafter we are the only service company to charge in 15 minute increments so you’re only paying for the time worked by our engineer. Our engineers will always show a comprehensive description of work carried out and a full breakdown of labour and material charges are shown on all invoices.
There is no call-out charge and customers are not charged for travelling time, parking, Congestion charge, and there are no other hidden charges. In a recent survey our transparent pricing structure was very competitive and value for money.
