We offer all services in the London and Greater London area consisting of remodels and additions for Kitchen, Bathrooms and basements. Fuse box replacements and new circuits laid. Bathroom and kitchen fans installed. New lighting covering recessed, track and surface. Repairs and troubleshooting.

£70  for up to 1 hour
£35  per half hour thereafter

 Periodic Inspection Report (PIR)

  • 1 bedroom / studio = £130 + VAT
  • 2 bedroom = £175 + VAT
  • 3 bedroom = £220 + VAT
Note: these prices are for residential properties based on a standard/typical installation with a single consumer unit (fuse board)

Portable Appliance Test (PAT)

  • Up to 10 appliances (minimum charge) = £70 + VAT
  • Each additional appliance = £2 + VAT
  • For more than 50 appliances, please ask for a quote

Materials and parking are extra if applicable.

Rescheduling/cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule/cancel, please let us know by 5pm two working days prior to the booking date, otherwise the callout charge will apply.

We have a one hour minimum charge but thereafter we are the only service company to charge in 15 minute increments so you’re only paying for the time worked by our engineer. Our engineers will always show a comprehensive description of work carried out and a full breakdown of labour and material charges are shown on all invoices.
