Decorum Maintenance Schedule & notes on charges

Rates quoted are for each period of an hour. We will charge for one hour upon arrival and thereafter we will charge half hourly as shown:

 Charges are per half hour (one hour minimum charge)

1 Standard charges apply to attendance between 9.30m to 5pm Monday to Friday
2 Out of hours charges apply to attendance between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday
Please note there is a supplementary charge of £75 plus the hourly rates stated above for attendance on Bank Holidays.

Estimates provided on request: Materials, sourcing materials, parking, transport will be an additional charge where applicable. An estimate can be withdrawn at our discretion.

All the above rates will be subject to VAT. We will also be accepting all major credit cards, we do not however accept cash but we do accept bacs payments.

Please note that we do charge a call out charge if for any reason our time has not been used constructively alternativly we do not normally charge a separate “call out charge”. The normal rates apply when we start each job.
